Okay folks, this is day 12 for Artes... 8D And once more I'll be hosting today's event! This time though, it will be a game..!
Colette wants to hear stories about other travelers! From their accomplishments, deeds they have done, to silly moments they might have come across. But she doesn't know who else to go to, so she's turning to the players of this TCG if they have any to share!
Objective: Tell a story! It's basically going to play like 3 word story, so each player takes a turn, putting together sentences by contributing 3 words per comment.
For example, I make a comment: "Estelle and Natalia"...
Then someone else will come in and contribute with: "went to the"
A third person might say: "shop to purchase" etc, etc.
Rules:
1. For every 3 comments, you're allowed to take another turn. The maximum you can contribute is 10 comments per player.
2. Please keep it PG-13!! We don't want anything NSFW going on here.
3. Keep it to anything Tales-related! It is a Tales-based TCG after all.
4. You're allowed to use punctuation, but please remember to continue the story if there aren't 3 words in your comment!
5. If possible, please make the sentences grammatically correct as possible! Run-on sentences are the only acceptable portion for this game, so it can be as nonsensical or proper as you'd like! As long as we can read it without problems. Spell-check is also very ideal.
For each comment you make, you'll be given 1 random card. The 10th comment you make, you'll recieve an additional random card and a random gel.
Please remember to label on the subject title what number comment you are making!

I must confess to you all, I have a deep, dark secret. I have never actually played a single Tales game. Shocking, I'm quite sure. This now affords you a special opportunity, though.
Try to convince me to play a Tales game. Enable me into your fandom.

For this prejoin game, Patty needs someone to help her put her puzzle back together! Some rude NPCs came by and knocked her table over!! Oh no! She just put in the last piece, too!!!
ONLY YOU GUYS CAN HELP!!!
For those of you who don't know how to work Jigsaw Planet, here's some guidelines to help!
You don't have to do a 98 piece puzzle! You can make it as hard or as easy as you would like! Just click Play As in the top right corner, then change your number of pieces. When a dialog box pops up, just click Start New Game.
Bottom left hand corner controls (from left to right): 1) Click the photo frame to see what the puzzle looked like before the table was knocked over! 2) Click the little ghost to get the original picture as you work! 3) Clicking the squared border icon will allow you to arrange or disarrange pieces! It's good for when there's all jumbled and hard to find or sort! 4) The round gear will let you restart your game, change the background color, and enter the settings if you need to do so!
Bottom right hand corner: Picture too small? Click the maximize button in the bottom right corner to go full-screen!
Also, you can drag and select a group of puzzle pieces and move them all at the same time if you so desire.
Finally, you will have a timer once you move your first piece, but no need to worry about that! Whatever time you get is totally fine. If you're competitive, though, feel free to see how fast you can help fix Patty's puzzle! There is a pause button if you need it!
If you need any more help, please let me know!!
You'll get four cards for completing the jigsaw, but remember to post a screen cap when you're finished! Otherwise, I won't be able to give you the cards. :(

If you have no idea what tropes are, feel free to check them out here, look at the Tales page and find out!
As a series franchise, there are elements within the variety of Tales games that are consistent and you'll notice them with each game that is out! Of course there are lots of notable differences between each since different verses and all, but what exactly what makes them all considered Tales games? Name at least one of your favorites and explain why and you'll get 1 random card and 1 random gel. c: This game, like all games, will close when the game officially opens!

Hey guys, Caitie here again. Five days in and we already have over 30 players! Deck and graphics donation posts went up yesterday, so if you didn't already, you should go check them out! But onto today's event, another discussion day.
Today's topic is;
MUSIC!
Anything and everything to do with the music of the series! Is there one game whose OST you like better than most? Or a particular track? Do you find yourself enjoying battle music more or are you a big fan of town and dungeon themes? What about OP theme songs? Talk as little or as much as you want! Music is one of my favorite parts of the series so I'd love to hear all of your thoughts.

Hello, one and all, Milk here. Thank you for taking part in Artes's prejoin period! Your support is very much appreciated.
For today's game, I would like you all to indulge in a simple game of Tales-themed shiritori. If you are not familiar with shiritori, you can take a quick look at the Wikipedia article to grasp the idea. Basically, you just have to come up with a word that starts with the last letter of the word that came before you.
For this game, the rules will be as follows:
- Your word must be Tales-themed. This means any word such as a character's name, a weapon, a location, a special move, etc. is acceptable.
- Your "word" can be multiple words, like "Guy Cecil," in which case only the last letter of the last word may be used.
- You must wait for three people to play after you before you can play again.
- In order for your word to count, please leave a new comment rather than replying to a previous comment.
- You can play a maximum of 4 valid plays, but you can continue playing even though you won't receive more rewards. Use this to help others get their plays if the game is going slowly!

REWARDS: For each time you comment with a valid play, up to a total of 4 valid plays, you will be awarded 2 cards. Thus, the maximum number of cards you can win is 8. If you successfully play 4 times, you will also win one random gel, Artes's currency. Good luck!

Hey all! And welcome to another lovely day of our prejoin period. As your head mod, I would just like to get it out of the way now that I am not a serious person and would hope that can set the tone for this TCG! Let's have fun here.
BUT ONTO TODAY'S EVENT!
IT'S TRIVIA TIME!
Think of this as a precursor to one of the games I'll be running when we open officially. I love trivia and so should you. Since this is a special time I'm going to hit you all with a series of questions, and you can answer as many as you'd like!

3. How many mystic artes does Van have?
4. Who said "Prepare to die, Eggbear!"? (bonus card if you can give two answers)

SUPER EXTRA BONUS QUESTION: Before our site was up proper, the placeholder page's title was "Apologize to Pac-man and Mappy!" Which Tales character said this and in what context? (i.e. what game/video/comic etc) This is a bonus question because it's essentially impossible to just go look it up if you don't already have some idea.
You can get two random cards for every correct answer! That's a possible total of 10 cards, or 12 if you can get the bonus points!!!
